Electrical Installations at Ollerup Care Centre
A major construction project in Ollerup is nearing completion. As the developer, Keld Hermann Tømrerfirma is leading the construction of 12 new residential units as part of a new residential care facility at Ollerup Care Centre. The project places high demands on quality, structure, and strong collaboration to ensure that both the construction process and the finished result meet expectations.
FiberLAN is engaged in the project as the electrical contractor and has been involved throughout the entire process – from the initial conduit installations to the final phase, where systems are reviewed, quality assured, and completed ahead of handover. The project is expected to be finalized in spring 2026.
Quality assurance as an integral part of the delivery
A construction project of this scale involves numerous technical installations and a high level of on-site activity. In the current phase, FiberLAN is working systematically with inspection, verification, and necessary adjustments to ensure that the final solution complies with both the project requirements and the agreed quality standards.
At this residential care facility, quality assurance is not merely a final checkpoint but an active and integrated part of the delivery. The focus is on reliable installations, clear documentation, and solutions that function effectively in daily operations – also after the care centre has been handed over.

Responsibility and stability – even when conditions change
The project has maintained a high level of activity throughout. Although there have been staffing changes within FiberLAN during the process, our team has taken clear ownership of the assignment. Through thorough internal handovers, shared responsibility, and strong professional expertise, the work has progressed steadily and is now approaching completion.
For the developer and other project partners, this provides confidence in day-to-day operations and trust that the electrical installations at the care centre are handled professionally – including in the final stages.
Collaboration that creates value on site
The project at Ollerup Care Centre demonstrates how close, trust-based collaboration between the developer and the electrical contractor contributes to smoother workflows on site and a more refined final result.
For FiberLAN, it is about being a responsible and solution-oriented partner who takes ownership of the overall delivery and maintains high quality standards all the way through to the completed residential care facility.
