IT and AV relocation for Vipps MobilePay
When a modern workplace relocates, the IT infrastructure moves with it. This places high demands on planning, coordination, and collaboration – especially when the solution must be fully operational from day one.
This was the starting point when FiberLAN assisted Vipps MobilePay with establishing IT infrastructure and AV solutions in their new office in Aarhus. The project was completed in two phases and included technical execution, advisory services, and close coordination with other suppliers.
The assignment
FiberLAN was responsible for:
- Cabling and structuring the IT infrastructure
- Installation and configuration of rack cabinets
- Advisory services on IT and AV solutions
- Coordination with the client’s internal TEC department and the external relocation company
- Ongoing dialogue and adjustments throughout the moving process
The project required continuous oversight and the ability to adapt solutions as the relocation progressed – without compromising quality or operational reliability.
The collaboration
For Vipps MobilePay, it was essential to work with a partner capable of taking responsibility and delivering the project end-to-end – even when new requirements or unforeseen details arose.

Today, Vipps MobilePay has a stable and well-documented IT and AV solution that supports their daily operations in the new office environment. The successful collaboration in Aarhus led to a new assignment when the company relocated its Copenhagen office last year, where FiberLAN was once again selected as the technical partner.
