We offer plenty of supplementary training, including basic and advanced fibre courses, first aid courses and more.

Check-ins

Regular conversations with your manager work wonders.
We don’t think that one employee appraisal a year is enough.
It’s better to have multiple informal check-ins with your immediate manager – as these will inevitably benefit both you and the team as a whole.

Staff association
